Bid tutorial

This 2 minute video walks you through the Pogo.Pro bid process.

Access leads

To access a list of your leads, hover over the sell menu item and choose
contract leads.

Contract dashboard

The initial view from this dashboard is a list of tenders that you have
been invited to bid on.

Choose the lead you wish to work on in order to expand the accordion and
show the details.

Lead options

Request a meeting: this allows you to set the time and date and send a
meeting request. Messenger: this button opens the messenger dialogue and
allows pros to communicate directly with the buyer. Modify tender: this
allows users to change the project variables such as, length, width,
quantity, photos etc. Submit offer: once you have made all your changes
choose submit offer to bid on the project.

Make changes to size, labour costs, add photos...

Project variables

If you select modify tender the accordion will expand and allow you to
modify the variables. Be sure to add notes and photos.

Set task dates

Be sure and set the dates for each task. Pogo.Pro releases funds based on
the completion dates and approvals. If you do not add start and end dates
then it complicates the payment process.

Submit offer

Once all changes are made choose the submit option. This will send an offer
to the buyer. Once this is approved you can start the project.
